The overall building construction of this project was completed about five years ago. So far, it has been lying idle and is not yet in operation. In 2021, the client’s team entrusted our group to carry out a renovation plan for the whole structure, and named the project “VLAB 181 Youth Energy Symbiotic Community”. They are hoping to construct a trendy, eco-friendly, and sustainable development of work culture. The integrated new form of sharing community will realize the fusion of diverse aspects of lives, including business, culture, creativity, fun, shopping experience, and socialization.
