The planned site is adjacent to Niseko Town at the eastern end of Rankoshi Town and is surrounded by magnificent nature. This residence was designed for a client relocating from the Kanto region who loves winter sports and plants. The 1st floor is a garage and ski room, the 2nd floor is a floor for guests, and the 3rd floor is a residence consisting of an LDK, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Eaves and decks are extended on three sides of the building except the north side to control sunlight and provide a warm environment in winter and cool in summer.
