Chip Mong Tower is a mixed-use development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia featuring a single tower at the south end to optimise views and create an iconic presence with a massing volume vertically broken into several volumes. Each volume reflects different programmes - hotel guest rooms and facilities, office, podium parking, and retail - slightly tapered to create a strong profile. The podium massing is broken into volumes, introducing a media wall at the front of the retail section. A glass facade allows for more natural light and patterned cladding walls soften the building mass.
