The building is located on the grounds of the Lucius D. Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden. The three-story-high building is composed of two volumes of equal size, which are arranged with an offset that creates a forecourt as an entrance situation. Patio-courtyards are cut into both volumes to serve sheltered outdoor areas and to provide daylight to the circumferential office floors. A prefabricated concrete façade made of blasted white elements gives the building its sculpturally shape. The interiors and the furnishing follow the consistent material and colour concept in light monochrome tones.
