The Pingshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention is located to the southwest of a road intersection in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. It covers a plot area of 7,077 sqm, with a GFA of 33,532.27 sqm, including 23,407.24 sqm above the ground. It has a floor area ratio of 3.31, a building coverage rate of 49.86%, and 136 parking spaces. The project is positioned as “the leading district-level disease control and prevention center in Shenzhen”.
