This project is the new headquarters of CRCC that comprises a retail podium and two high-rise office towers, providing 240,000 sqm of office space and 22,000 sqm of retail space to the region. The design draws inspiration from the railway tracks, which relate to the client’s corporate spirit - ‘climbing to the top against all odds’. With a high-low staggered building outline and a simple articulated façade, using double track lines to symbolize the moving railway track, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) South China Headquarters Building Project lights up the skyline in Panyu CBD.
