W Dubai – Mina Seya is a 5-star beachfront resort located next to Dubai Marina & JBR Walk. It’s Dubai’s newest luxury hotel destination, promising to stun with its eclectic design. The design pays homage to AlKhous (weaving palm fronds),one of the oldest professions in coastal regions of the UAE. With a rich marine history of pearling, fishing and boatbuilding, the design seeks to honor the city’s love of the ocean in a lavish retreat. The roof of the tower takes the form of 2 inverted canoe boats, reinforcing the nautical theme. The façade shimmers in Dubai sun, creating a mirage-like effect.
