The GTC project occupied a 46788㎡ site at Huangpu District in Guangzhou with Wuchong River and Yushu Park views. The design comprises four high-rise towers and a retail podium. The tower uses the "cloud waterfall" concept to create a simple, smooth and elegant form. The fluid curve extends over the podium and landscape. Building volumes enclose a central garden with multi-layer public space, providing unique experiences and enhancing communication among people and the city. We can envision the project will be an iconic landmark in Guangzhou.
